I was trying to download podcast but could only get to a quicktime screen that let me listen. Am I doing something wrong?

After some quick emails with Bill, it seems it was just an issue with his system configuration. The easiest fix for him was to look for us in the iTunes Store and subscribe there.

I downloaded this podcast

I downloaded this podcast earlier today from iTunes, but it seems like at least one of the hosts voice "layer" is missing. The intro after the music is silent for almost two minutes.
